Royal Challengers Bangalore: 

RCB have remained at the bottom half of the table since the last three seasons. They finished last in 2019. With a few invaluable acquisitions in the team, Virat Kohli and Co. look confident on turning the fortunes this time around. 

Once again, the team would bank on the services of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers to do the damage. RCB is likely to open with two players in Aaron Finch and Devdutt Palikal. A lot is expected from the Aussie captain to deliver for RCB this year. Devdutt is coming off from an excellent run of form in the domestic circuit. 

The middle-order is packed with talented Indians. Moeen Ali would be the key but the likes of Shivam Dube, Gurkeerat Singh and Washington Sundar are also likely to play a key role in helping the side give ideal late flourishes.

RCB have acquired the services of Chris Morris to sort out their death bowling woes. Navdeep Saini would be there to share the fast bowling duties. Considering the fact that seamers have found purchase from the surface, RCB might tempt to play Dale Steyn instead of Moeen Ali.

Sunrisers Hyderabad: 

RCB will be wary of SRH’s destructive openers, David Warner and Jonny Bairstow. The two was at their absolute best last year. If these two replicate similar performances this year as well, SRH will have a strong chance to win the title once again. 

Mohammad Nabi will certainly to be a point of discussion when the management will sit to decide their overseas top four. Given the all-rounder’s form in CPL 2020, he might make his way into the eleven.

Rashid Khan will once again lead the spin attack. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is going to play a big role in the tournament. If he fares similar numbers to that of last year, SRH might suffer in the pace-department.
