IPL Anthem 2019 : Summers have arrived as the much-awaited Indian Premier League is set to begin on March 23. Only a handful days are left when the players of the top-ranked franchise, Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore will hit the ground running, as both teams will square up in the first match of IPL on 23 March 2019.

In the Anthem video, International Players can be seen practicing in one half of the frame while some budding cricketers are playing on the other on a different turf. Soon, the youngsters get into a rift with the iconic cricketers, urging them to make way for them to showcase their cricketing skills.
Both the sides struggled hard to push the other side out of the frame until Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni came into the frame on a road-roller in the most endearing entry, and in the process allowing the budding cricketers to join them. The embarrassed group of boys then take a ladder and climb to the other side of the wall, only to be welcomed by none other than Virat Kohli, who challenges them to show their game.
The showpiece event will kick start on 23rd March 2019. The schedule for the first two weeks has been announced as the further dates will be decided as per the Lok Sabha Polling schedule.
As many as 17 matches will be held in eight home venues of the franchise from March 23 to April 5. A total of four matches will be played by all the franchises except Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals who will play five games each during the two-week period.
Also, for those of who don’t know, India’s biggest fantasy sports game, Dream11 has become the official partner for the Vivo Indian Premier League, announced the Board of Control for Cricket in India. IPL has partnered with Dream11 exclusively for the next four years until 2023. Additionally, the ‘Official Fantasy Game’ of IPL will also be powered by Dream11.
