Twitter erupts as Sachin Tendulkar is back in the nets

You cannot take cricket out of this man. Sachin Tendulkar is back in the nets as the fans once again witnessed some classy shots in a practice session attended by the master blaster on Thursday.  

SACHIN BACK IN NETS! 

Unarguably, world’s best batsman Sachin Tendulkar, on Thursday, was seen practising in the nets. Master Blaster brought back old memories, as he played some exquisite shots in a clip shared on Twitter. Witnessing a straight drive over long-off followed by a flamboyant flick, the master might have retired but hasn’t seemed to lost his touch yet. 

But why is he practicing in the nets? 

In a video shared on Twitter, Sachin was seen practicing in the nets. In a bid to spread awareness on Road Safety, Sachin Tendulkar is all set to feature in Road Safety World Series, which will commence from 7th March 2020. 

With only a couple of days for the series to start, the master blaster is gearing up to show his class once again on the ground.

The Road Safety World Series will see teams participating from India, Australia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and West Indies. Former cricket stars with the likes of Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan, Brett Lee, Brad Hodge, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Jonty Rhodes, Brian Lara, will also be seen taking part in the series.

Sachin to lead India Legends in Road Safety World Series 

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar will lead India legends in the Road Safety World Series. He will be accompanied by the likes of Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Ajit Agarkar, and Mohammad Kaif, among others.

Former Indian player, Sachin Tendulkar is, arguably, the greatest batsman of all time. The 46-year old batsman played 200 test matches and 463 one-day internationals for team India. The Mumbai batsman boasts of over 30,000 runs in International crickets and has 100 centuries to his name.
