Watch : Twitterati roast Riyan Parag after he uploads a video of him hitting sixes in the Nets!

Riyan Parag, a player for the Rajasthan Royals (RR), recently posted many videos of himself working out in the nets on Twitter. The right-handed batter is seen practising a variety of shots during their most recent practise session in a number of videos.

Riyan also came up through the ranks with Shubman Gill and Shaw, but his IPL career has not really taken off. He can hit the ball powerfully, there is no question about that, but what he genuinely needs is calmness and consistency. His statistics in the Indian Premier League since his debut are quite astounding.

He has only scored 561 runs and has been not out six times in 51 games. Last year, when he participated in 17 games, including the championship game, Parag had his best season. For a player that played in 17 IPL games, 183 runs is not a good enough total.

For those who are unaware, Parag has so far been unable to perform with the bat for RR in IPL 2023. At a strike rate of 112.50, he scored 54 runs in five games.

Recent game for RR against the Lucknow Super Giants was difficult for the Assam batter to complete. He entered the field with his team needing 51 points off of 29 balls, but instead struck an undefeated 15 off of 12. By a score of 10 runs, the Royals lost.

Yesterday Riyan Parag took to Twitter and posted a video of his smashing the ball in the net sessions. Ever since he posted that video, the comment section has filled with hilarious reactions from Fans who have ruthlessly trolled the youngster.
