There will be a total of 44 matches played in this competition, 20 of which will be held at the recently constructed Birsa Munda Stadium and the remaining 24, including the semi-finals and championship game, at Bhubaneswar’s Kalinga Stadium.
India needs to immediately correct the errors they made in the 2018 FIH World Cup, where they failed to go past the quarterfinal round.
Under the direction of Harmanpreet Singh, India will compete in this major competition, and he will undoubtedly rely on advice from Coach Graham Reid as well as seasoned competitors like Pr Sreejesh and Manpreet Singh to implement those strategies during game-defining situations.
