Indian Esports Platform Khelgully raises 3.1 crore funding from Titian Capital

Khelgully an online gaming platform who have organized different Esports tournaments which include Call of Duty, Free Fire, Clash Royale, Apex Legend and Fantasy Cricket have collected Rs 3.1 crore from Titian Capital.

Khelgully as an online gaming platform focus on developing awareness among budding players so that they can pick Esports as profession and the humungous funds that they have collected will be used in player development programme and product development.

Beside Titian Capital other investors were also part of fund raising drive which include owners and Co-founder of Bewakoof.com.

Taking more about raising funds, Prakul Bhansal, Co-Founder of Khelgully stated “We are thrilled and super-excited to be backed by Titan Capital. The kind of trust they have shown in us, being a new entrant in the e-gaming segment is truly appreciative and we will ensure, we not only stand to the faith but will further prove ourselves as the right choice for a segment like this. He added that his company is also focussing on gathering players, organizers, content creators, sponsors and other stakeholders under one roof in a positive environment.

Khelgully as a platform has growing immensely in last few years and close to 2 lakh players have registered for pursuing E Sports on their platform. Esports market in India has grown like a rocket as the industry is expected to generate revenue close to 1,188 billion in 2023.

According to reports from different media outlets, Esports market in India will become $11 billion dollar industry which is an encouraging sign for everyone involved in Esports ecosystem.
