FIBA 3 by 3 Asia Cup Qualifier: Harsh Dagar and Pranav Prince New Basketball Star for India takes them in Asia Cup Main Draw

In Last 7 days, unbelievable feat has been achieved by Indian Men’s Basketball 3 by 3 side as they defeated higher ranked Philippines to extend their dominance in FIBA Asia Cup Main Draw.

Harsh Dagar and Pranav Prince stole the show for India against Philippines where they shared 16 points each among them where India surprised Philippines by 21-11 with 1.13 minutes left on the clock.

They were ably supported by other players including the likes of Kushal Singh and Arvind Muthu who scored 5 points combined among each other.

The Philippines started with defensive strategy which certainly gave them lead against India with 6-4 lead.

But Point Guard player Harsh Dagar ensured that lead is reduced to four jumper shot making it unasseimble lead 5-6.

With steal and assit from Arvind Muthu helped India exponentially march ahead against Philippines by 7-6.

Eventually Philippines lose control post that moment, India never looked back and started extending their dominance even more further, where India never looked back after that and finished game against Philippines with scoreline 21-11 ahead of more than 1 minute left in the game.

India have qualified for the main draw of FIBA Asia Cup which won’t be easy for them as they are placed in the group along with China and Chineese Taipei who are currently ranked 2nd and 7th respectively.

The Top two teams from the group will qualify for the quarterfinals round, If India manages to win from this group it will give them huge confidence in the long run.
