Dynamic Duo, LeBron James and Anthony Davis together claimed their first championship in Lakers colors since 2010 after beating Miami Heat in Orlando bubble.
The 27-year-old Davis spent seven seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans before being traded to Los Angeles in June 2019 for three players, including Lonzo Ball, Ingram, Josh Hart and several draft picks.
After signing the contract extension, Lakers Gm on Davis:
“In the Orlando bubble, Anthony Davis proved he is one of the game’s most complete and dominant two-way players,” Pelinka said. “Now, Lakers fans get to watch AD continue to grow and lead our franchise for years to come. This is truly a blessed moment for Lakers Nation.”
