The Raina house and fan club sparked with happiness as the couple Suresh Raina and Priyanka became parents again for the second time after the birth of their daughter, Gracia Raina, in 2016.  This time they have been blessed by a baby boy.

The news of the newly added member in the family broke out on Monday morning after Chennai Super Kings shared a tweet congratulating the couple on Twitter.

“Kutti Thala is here! Lots of #Yellove and #WhistlePodu to @_PriyankaCRaina and @ImRaina for the newest addition to the #superfamily,”, it read.

Senior player Harbhajan Singh also congratulated his teammate on becoming a father for the second time. His fans enthusiastically shared their joy and best wishes on the arrival of the baby.

Sharing the name of their baby boy, Raina proudly welcomed his son and wrote, “The beginning of all things- wonder, hope and possibilities, and a better world! We are proud to welcome our & Gracia’s little brother- Rio Raina. May he flows beyond boundaries, bringing peace, renewal & prosperity to everyone’s life.”

Amidst the miserable conditions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the news came out as something to put a smile on the faces of the couple and Raina’s fans.

Suresh Raina has been off the grounds for a long time now and hasn’t played for three years. However, the star player had decided a comeback this year playing for his team CSK and was all set to play in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier league but owing to the COVID-19 outbreak, the event has been postponed as of now and there are chances that the league might get canceled if the graph of the Covid-19 cases does not drop soon.

The cases of Covid-19 infections refuse to plummet and rose to reach 415 in India on Monday.
