According to the recent developments, all the players of CSK, except the 13 members who were tested positive on Friday, have come out negative in the third round of Test for coronavirus. As a result, the franchise shall start training from Friday evening itself. It has come out as a major boost for the league and the franchise.
All the 13 members, including Deepak Chahar and Ruturaj, who tested positive for the virus, will be tested twice by the end of the next week after the completion of the isolation period. Only then they can step on to the nets.
“The training starts from today. All others, apart from the 13, tested negative for the third time. Those who tested positive will only be tested after the isolation period (two weeks) is over,” CSK CEO KS Viswanathan told PTI.
If reports are to be believed, CSK are likely to play the season opener against MI.
