The left-handed talismanic opener was India’s most important player in the tournament. His innings in the final gave hope to a lot of fans in India, but unfortunately, he could not take them over the line.
Sai Sudharsan (India)

Tayyab Tahir (Pakistan)
Tayyab Tahir’s tournament was not going well, but his match-winning hundred in the final against arch-rivals India A made him the player of the match. He played a top-class counter-attacking innings in the final to beat India A. He scored 190 runs in the tournament.
