Dabang Delhi K.C Vs Tamil Thalaivas Match Preview: Match 9 of Vivo Pro Kabaddi League 2019 will see the face-off between Dabang Delhi and Tamil Thalaivas. It will be Dabang Delhi’s second match in as many days, while Tamil Thalaivas will play their second game after a gap of three days.
Both teams won their opening fixtures against the Telugu Titans, albeit in very different fashion. While Tamil Thalaivas outclassed their neighbours 39-26, Dabang Delhi won an edge-of-the-seat thriller 34-33.
Both sides would be looking to keep the momentum going in this long league and hence, be raring to go all out for a win.
After 5 disappointing seasons in Pro Kabaddi League, Dabang Delhi finally had something to cheer about in Pro Kabaddi Season 6 as they reached the play-offs. Having retained the core, the side would be hoping to repeat last season’s performance. Joginder Narwal, the left cover defender, would lead the side this season and has the likes of Ravinder Pahal and Vishal Mane for company in defence. Addition of Rahul Chaudhari already seems like a master-stroke as the ‘Raid-Machine’ was on the top of his game and emerged as the top raider of the match with 10 raid points. Ran Singh is another good all-rounder in the side, who might come in handy, while Ajay Thakur would look to match Rahul Chaudhari, raid for raid.

It will be a game between Delhi’s defence and Tamil Thaliavas’ raiding. With the likes of Rahul Chaudhari, Ajay Thakur and Bhabeer Bappu, backed by the experience of ManjeetChhillar and Ran Singh, Thalaivas look like a very dangerous side on paper. Delhi, on the other hand, did not have the best of days in defence, as Pahal committed a couple of mistakes, while Mane looked totally out of touch. Delhi would need a special performance yet again from Naveen and the likes of Joginder Narwal and Ravinder Pahal to get something from the game. But on the basis of what we have seen so far, Thalaivas look the better side and should win the game
