In a recent turn of events, top wrestlers Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia have come forward to clarify that they have not withdrawn from the ongoing protest against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. Responding to reports circulating in the media, both athletes took to Twitter to debunk the rumors and reaffirm their commitment to the cause of justice.

Bajrang Punia, another prominent figure in the wrestling community, echoed Malik’s sentiments by discrediting the rumors of their withdrawal from the movement. Through his tweet, he emphasized that such baseless news was being circulated to tarnish their image and impede their cause. He categorically stated that neither he nor any other wrestler had retreated from the protest, terming the reports as false.
