At yesterday’s Legends League Cricket, two dominant cricketers, such as Shahid Afridi and Gautam Gambhir, faced off against one another.
In the 12th over of the game between the Indian Maharajas and the Asian Lions, Gambhir was batting against Abdul Razzaq. The former attempted to strike the ball, but it instead struck the edge of his bat and his helmet.
As soon as this incident occurred, Afridi ran over to Gambhir to make sure he was okay.
When this incident was recorded on camera, it immediately went viral on social media.

When it comes to pace of the game, It was Asia Lions who emerged as the winner of this contest over India Maharaja’s by 9 runs and the credit for this brilliant performance by former goes to Misbah Ul Haq and Upul Tharanga who scored 110 runs combined pushing Lions total to 135 runs on the board.
When it came to attempting to reach the mark, Robin Uthappa was rather cheaply bundled out, but Gambhir displayed perseverance by smashing a superb 50 from 39 balls.
Gambhir’s heroic knock was however not complemented by other hitters, and ultimately the team fell nine runs short.
Legends League Cricket is a T20 cricket tournament was held at the Oman Cricket Academy and comprises players who have just retired from international cricket.
The first two edition of Legends League Cricket was successfully hosted across six cities in India.
Three franchises, including the World Giants, Asia Lions, and India Maharajas, are competing against one another for the coveted crown.
