It was undoubtedly a batters’ tournament, as they enjoyed batting a lot and broke a ton of records this season. Virat Kohli

The king of cricket was once again at his fluent best as he lit up IPL 2024 with his glorious batting strokes. Kohli hit 62 fours this season and reinvented his game according to modern cricket. Kohli won the orange cap in IPL 2024.

Ruturaj Gaikwad

The CSK captain had a phenomenal run in IPL 2024 with the bat, as he was the highest run scorer for his team in the tournament. Gaikwad hit 58 fours in the season and scored 583 runs, averaging 53, including a century.

The young Indian batting sensation, Yashasvi Jaiswal, did not have a top season with the bat but still managed to be in the charts for the most fours hit this season. He hit 54 boundaries while scoring 435 runs in IPL 2024.

Sunil Narine

Sunil Narine, the all-rounder, was once again seen in the IPL, opening the batting for the Kolkata Knight Riders. Narine had a dream season, with the bat scoring 488 runs, including 50 fours, at a strike rate of almost 180. He played a huge role in winning KKR the IPL 2024 title.
