India vs West Indies series is on the verge to begin. One thing is certain currently, it is a turbulent time going on for the West Indies. It is tough to believe that during the 1970s and 1980s, this team was the best team in Cricket. And now it has crashed into a completely different team. It will be interesting to see the progress of this team from the series against India. Another interesting fact is that West Indies is the only team in Cricket history that has won both ODI and T20 World Cup twice.

Three West Indies Cricketers to watch out for

There are 3 West Indies Cricketers India needs to watch out for in the upcoming 3 match series. These three players can be lethal for Team India.  You can see their strength and abilities below.

Shimron Hetmyer (Left-Handed Batter)

Shimron Hetmyer has been a brilliant left-handed batsman for the West Indies. He was the World Cup (U-19) winning captain for the West Indies. His talent can be really helpful for the West Indies team. He played his first ODI game for the West Indies, way back in 2017. However, in the last two years, he has not played any ODI for the West Indies.

Shai Hope (Captain, Wicket-Keeper)

Shai Hope is known for his calm and mature approach to the game. That is certainly one of the main reasons he is having the reins of the team. He is having terrific ODI records. He has scored an average of 49.86 in the ODIs.

Alzarri Joseph (Right-arm fast bowler)

Alzarri Joseph was the fastest bowler of the U-19 World Cup in the year 2016. In his debut match, he dismissed Virat Kohli. Till now he has taken 10 wickets in the ODIs, in only 61 matches.

The players above are certainly very high in potential. If these players perform well together, then they can make their team win.
