Huge scuffle among the fans, ruckus to get the T-shirt thrown by Preity Zinta

In IPL 2024 (IPL), the match was played between Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings in Dharamshala on Sunday. During this time, Punjab Kings owner and Bollywood star Preity Zinta was also present to watch the match.

Like every time, this time also Preity Zinta distributed T-shirts to the fans of Punjab Kings, but during this time the fans clashed among themselves to get the T-shirt thrown by her and a scuffle broke out between them. The dispute escalated so much that the police had to intervene and only then did the matter calm down.

Preity Zinta distributes T-shirts to fans every time during an IPL match. This time she was doing the same. Preity Zinta went to different stands and tossed the T-shirt among the audience and many spectators came forward to catch the T-shirt.

Meanwhile, two spectators in the North Stand of the stadium were trying to get the T-shirt thrown by Preeti. One spectator got the t-shirt while the other missed it, resulting in kicking and punching among the spectators. Seeing the matter escalating, the police intervened and pacified both the parties.

Punjab Kings lost against CSK

The 53rd match of IPL 2024 was played on Sunday between Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings at the Dharamshala ground. In this match, Chennai Super Kings defeated Punjab Kings by 28 runs.

Batting first, Chennai Super Kings scored 167 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Punjab Kings team could score only 139 runs after losing 9 wickets. Ravindra Jadeja was adjudged Player of the Match for his all-round performance (43 runs and 3 wickets).

With this victory, Chennai Super Kings have strengthened their claim for the playoffs, while Punjab Kings’ hopes have suffered a major blow. Now it has become very difficult for them to go to the playoffs. CSK has now reached the third position, while the Punjab Kings team has slipped to the eighth position.
