Indian medalists in Athletics (Men’s) in Asian games history – Part 3

India has collected 254 medals in total (79 gold, 88 silver, and 87 bronze) in the athletics competition at the Asian Games. Indian athletes have continuously had a significant representation at the Asian Games over the years. In both the men’s and women’s athletics medal counts, India is ranked third overall.
