Big Breaking: Captain Rohit Sharma to take retirement if India loses Champions Trophy Final
Indian Cricket Team under the leadership of Rohit Sharma is playing brilliant cricket from last 3-4 years which include- reaching in the finals of 2nd edition of World Test Championship Finals in 2023 against Australia, playing 2022 T20 World Cup semifinal, Runner Up at 2023 ODI World Cup, Winning 2024 T20 World Cup and the latest to join the bandwagon is playing Champions Trophy 2025 as finalist.
The Question arises whether India can win yet another ICC Trophy under his leadership.
Based on the latest development, BCCI is looking for leadership Transition post 2025 Champions Trophy 2025, some one like Shreyas and Hardik might become new leader in ODI and Test Format.
The other news circulating is in reference to Skipper Rohit Sharma, where he might retire from Cricket if India didn’t win Champions Trophy 2025 final.
If India wins Champions Trophy 2025 under his leadership he might continue as player.
The next big thing for India post 2025 Champions Trophy 2025, is playing Test series in England, followed by T20 World Cup hosted in India and Sri Lanka and subsequently playing 2027 ODI World Cup to be played in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.

Rohit is already retired from T20I and he only plays Test and ODI Cricket for now.
The news is also spreading around Virat Kohli that star batter might call of his ODI career post Champions Trophy 2025 and let the young guns, spread the magic in the Upcoming 50 Over World Cup to be held in 2027.
