2. Very few people would know that All India Amateur Championship started in 1892 is second oldest running tournament in the world.

3. Did you know that India’s Horse race track consist of two Golf Courses- Madras Gymkhana Club in Chennai and Air Force Golf Club in New Delhi.

4. The Digboi Golf Lion Course in Assam comprises 18 Hole facility in State which is regarded as one of its kind, has an abandoned airstrip which was used during world war II and Oil well.

5. The Delhi Golf Club, located in Central Delhi has ancient Lodhi Dynasty Tombs all these monuments are protected by Archeological Survey of India(ASI).

6. The Only Public Golf Course in India, is Qutub Golf Course situated in Lado Sarai New Delhi which has famous Qutub Minar as Backdrop.
