His fifties were nothing less than centuries because most of the time he scored those when the team was in trouble. 

MS Dhoni 

MS Dhoni has been undoubtedly the best wicketkeeper batter for Indian Cricket. He went on to make several fifties in those last 10 overs of the ODI matches. That showed the impact he created in the death over, either while chasing, or giving a target. 

Sourav Ganguly
