Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho made a visit at Bayern Munich vs RB Leipzig recently at the Allianz Arena. Though the match ended up in a goalless draw with both sides missing chances to get those three points. In the upcoming week, there will be a champions League face-off between Mourinho’s men and RB Leipzig at home.

There are many players from Julian Nagelsmann troop who have been linked with the Premier League, namely Timo Werner, Emil Forsberg, and Dayot Upamecano. And in a recent interview with Sky Sports, Mourinho said the aim of his visit to Munich was to catch hold of points that might not be visible on TV or video clips.

“It’s very important. I can see the small details. Even the warm-ups,” Mourinho said.jose-mourinho-tot-fc-manager

“I can see what TV and video don’t give me. To see the warm-ups and to see what the players do individually,” he said.

“Some skills that sometimes during the game are hidden. It’s a different intensity. It’s a different experience. I couldn’t miss the opportunity.”

Mourinho and his team are currently on a winter break and will be back in the game on Sunday with a visit to Aston Villa. As far as the points table is concerned. The Spurs are placed fourth off Chelsea, and Mourinho feels his players will be back active for their final third.

He said: “The players needed some days off. For their body and soul, they needed a rest. But not for me. “I think the best way to try and help the team is to work.

“We as a team in the last few weeks are showing a certain mentality. This season has been hard for them. Even before I arrived. “They lost the captain Hugo Lloris for a long period. Then progressively you lose another player. Then another one. Then another one.

“But the way the team has fought has made me even prouder of them. People like Son and Lucas going to their limits and giving absolutely everything.

“Injured players trying to give everything. The spirit is amazing.”
