The Chief Guest for the occasion was V Adm Dinesh K Tripathi, AVSM, NM, FOC-in-C, Western Naval Command, accompanied by Lt Gen HS Kahlon, AVSM, SM, GOC, HQ MG & G Area.

Extending his best wishes to the Eastern Command, responsible for organizing the tournament for the past four editions, he expressed hopes for a resounding success for the 132nd edition.
