3 Batsmen Who Got Out At Nervous 90 in Ashes 2023

The Ashes 2023 has seen its fair share of batsmen who have fallen victim to the nervous 90s. Duckett was dismissed at 98 in the first inning of the second Test at Lord’s.

The former England captain Joe Root is the third batter in a row who was also hurt by the blow of nervous 90. The ace batter was also in sight of a century when he was dismissed for 91 in the second inning of the fifth Test at The Oval. Root had been batting confidently at 91 but a quick delivery from Tod Murphy took his stump and the batter walked out at 91.
