SA-Y vs NZ-Y Best Players

South Africa U19

Bryce Parsons will be carrying the onus of leading his side upfront in the much-coveted game against New Zealand. The skipper looked in a great nick in the lately concluded match against India wherein he scored a 50-ball 57 comprising 8-fours and a six. Parsons’ performance in the middle would be of utmost concern for the Protea if they are wishing to register their 1st win of the series.

Andrew Louw is a terrific timer of the ball and with him opening the innings versus New Zealand, one could expect a flurry of boundaries hit across the fence in the first ten overs. An aggressive batsman, Louw was in fine touch in the game against India wherein he added 45 runs to the total and would be looking to notch up in the coming encounter.

New Zealand U19

Nicholas Lidstone proved his mettle in the previous match against Zimbabwe wherein he came to bat at No 4, anchored the innings from an end, and scored a match-winning 56 off 86 deliveries. His performance in the middle was among the prime reasons behind the Kiwis posting 204 runs on board in what could have been a low scoring affair.

Jesse Tashkoff‘s bowling potency was put to test in the previous match wherein he scalped figures of 3/45 in his ten overs of play and aided New Zealand from a defeat against Zimbabwe. A middle order-batsmen, Tashkoff is one of the clean strikers of the ball in the Kiwi U-19 circuit and could be backed to put up a stellar show in Durban.
