New Zealand Women will meet South Africa Women in the final ODI of 3-matches ODI series.

New Zealand Women Preview:

Under the captaincy of Sophie Devine, New Zealand started on a negative note. They lost the series as South Africa defeated them in both matches. In the first game, they scored 259 after Suzie Bates’ 53 and Parkins’ 78 but Proteas chased it down with 7 wickets in hands. In the second game, Kiwis were got out on just 115 and lost the match by 8 wikcets. The poor batting show has given them 3rd consecutive ODI series loss. They lost against Australia by 3-0 and lost against India by 2-1 in the ODI series in 2019. Sophie Devine is one of their top players but she looked dull in both games. New Zealand can come back in this game as the surface will be familiar to them.

South Africa Women Preview:

Both openers missed the centuries but set the base for the win. In second game, South African bowlers bowled New Zealand out on just 115 and chased down the target with 8 wickets in hand. In both games, Proteas were completely dominated. They have now taken 2-0 lead and just one win away to take a clean sweep in an away series. Their last assignment was up against India where they lost the ODI series by 3-0 but here, they showed a different game.
