NFL Regular Season Is Right Around the Corner

The NFL regular season is right around the corner, with NFL training camp beginning next week. Rookies have already reported for several teams, but veterans will report next week. When training camp arrives, it means that we are one step closer to the NFL regular season beginning, with some preseason games on the horizon.

NFL Week 5 odds are still months away from being released, but the NFL season isn’t far away. What are some of the storylines potentially in the NFL heading into the 2022 season?

Will the Los Angeles Rams Repeat?

There has been no Super Bowl Repeat since the 2003-2004 New England Patriots. It has been a long time since someone has repeated in the NFL, and it is very hard to do so in this league. The Los Angeles Rams finished with a 12-5 record a season ago, and Los Angeles feels like one of the best teams in the NFL once again this season.

They are loaded on both sides of the football. Sean McVay is a great head coach. Matthew Stafford is one of the most talented quarterbacks in the NFL. Cooper Kupp is one of the most reliable and best wide receivers in the NFL.

Aaron Donald is also the best defensive player in the NFL by a mile. General manager Les Snead has built this roster. The NFC is not as strong as the AFC, and the Los Angeles Rams have a solid shot at repeating in Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona, though.

Is This Finally the Year the Buffalo Bills Win It All?

The Buffalo Bills have been knocking on the door the past couple of seasons before losing to the Kansas City Chiefs twice in the AFC Playoffs in back-to-back seasons.

Buffalo has the best shot to win it all since going to four straight Super Bowls in the 1990s. Some people believe that Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the NFL this season and will win the MVP.

Head coach Sean McDermott has the trust of his players throughout the locker room. The Bills are the betting favorites to win it all this season, and they are loaded on the roster from top to bottom, though.

Stefon Diggs is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, and Von Miller came over as a marquee free agent. General manager Brandon Beane has built this roster.

Can Tom Brady Win His 8th Super Bowl Title?

Tom Brady prematurely announced his retirement in February, but he decided to come back to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers about a month later. This will most likely be Tom Brady’s last season in the NFL, but who really knows at this point? Father Time will eventually catch up to him, though.

Brady has won seven Super Bowl titles in his NFL career and is looking for his eighth. General manager Jason Licht has given him enough support on this roster to do so.

Bruce Arians is no longer the head coach in Tampa Bay, and defensive coordinator Todd Bowles is the new head coach and was promoted in the offseason.

Mike Evans is the best wide receiver on the roster, and Devin White is the most important defensive player on the roster.

Who Will Win the Wild AFC West?

The AFC West is probably going to be the division on paper entering the 2022 NFL regular season with football right around the corner, though. This has been the most hyped-up division in recent memory. The Kansas City Chiefs, the Los Angeles Chargers, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Denver Broncos all have a shot of making it to the playoffs.

Depending on how it goes, it could be the first time in NFL history where all four teams from the same division make it to the playoffs in one season. Kansas City and Las Vegas made it last season.

Los Angeles would have made it if they tied the Raiders in the last game of the regular season. Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert, Derek Carr, and Russell Wilson are the quarterbacks in this division, and each game will have unpredictability.
