3 possible contenders who can be seen as the new head coach of the Indian team
The tenure of Indian men’s cricket team head coach Rahul Dravid is only till the T20 World Cup 2024 to be held in June. After this, Team India will have to search for a new coach and BCCI will soon ask for applications for this.
Dravid was made the head coach for two years in November 2021, succeeding Ravi Shastri and then his tenure was extended for a few months after the ODI World Cup played last year.
However, now there are reports that perhaps Dravid will no longer be interested in the post and hence will not even apply. In such a situation, it seems certain that Team India will get a new coach.
BCCI Secretary Jay Shah had recently announced that they will now start advertising for the new coach. He had not ruled out the possibility that the next coach could also be a foreigner. In such a situation, many names are emerging as the next head coach of the Indian cricket team.
In this article we will mention those three contenders who can be seen as the next head coach of Team India.
