Velocity Gaming bids farewell to Rite2ace. Let’s explore all the details

 

Rite2ace started his Valorant esports career with Velocity Gaming when he joined the organization in July 2020. Since then, he has been in the same organization for over two years. From being one of the finest Valorant teams in the South Asian Valorant circuit to struggling to perform well at the domestic level, rite2ace has seen it all with Velocity Gaming. He has been a crucial part of the team’s success throughout the last two years as he led the team.

Rite2ace said, “If you’re seeing this video, it’s the day I’m leaving Velocity Gaming; and on a good note, though. It has been more than two years since I’ve been part of Velocity Gaming. My journey as a player ends for now.” Following this, he revealed that he is not retiring from competitive Valorant esports. “I will still be playing, and hopefully, the news will be out soon about my next organization,” he added. Following this, he cherished the last two years he spent with Velocity Gaming and reminisced his favorite moments with the team.

He also revealed that he might join Velocity Gaming again in the future. “Maybe in the future, I might come back, not as a player, maybe as a content creator or part of the management, maybe as a coach. Nothing is sure,” he said. “But right now, my goals are set. I still want to play competitive Valorant as a player and a captain. It thrives me right now. I have certain goals to achieve, and I’m going to keep fighting for them,” he added.

Recently, Velocity Gaming has been making a lot of changes to its Valorant roster to prepare for the upcoming Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) . In September, they signed a 19-year-old player Saksham “Deadly10” Aurangabadkar, to its roster. Furthermore, they also signed Karan “Excali” Mhaswadkar back to the team, even though he had a controversial transfer from the team in December 2022.
