The FIA Formula One World Championship is a planned motor racing championship held throughout the year for Formula One cars.
For 2025, it will be the 76th ongoing edition of the World Championship, soon to commence in the month of March. It is recognized by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the supreme body of this adventure sport, as the penultimate level of competition for open-wheeled racing cars.
In Formula One, unlike many other motorsports, every competing team must operate as its own constructor. This unique rule ensures that each team is actively involved in the development and design of their cars. - ASTON MARTIN –
A British car manufacturer that has participated in Formula One in various forms and is currently represented by a team named as Aston Martin F1 Team. Due to the team’s poor performance, it voluntarily exited from 1960 onwards. However, with the rebranding of the team, it bounced back in 2021 and has been a regular at every season since then. The team is headquartered in Silverstone and has previously raced under various different names.
The team is owned by businessman and team’s executive chairman Lawrence Stroll, and has power racers Fernando Alonso, a 2-time champion from Spain, and Lance Stroll of Canada as their primary race drivers. As of 2024, this constructor team stands at fifth position with 94 points on the ranking table.

- MERCEDES –
Probably one of the most famous teams in F1 history, Mercedes is a German luxury automotive brand of the Mercedes-Benz Group. It has been involved in F1 racing as both a team owner and an engine manufacturer for over seventy years now.
The current Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team is based in Brackley, England. This team is often referred to by the nickname, the ‘Silver Arrows’ since 2010 due to the silver color of the cars which is peculiar of the Mercedes group. Owned partly by entrepreneur Toto Wolf, Mercedes has clinched numerous victories to its name.
Winning seven consecutive double Drivers’ and Constructors’ World Championships from 2014 to 2020 and securing a record-breaking eighth consecutive Constructors’ Championship in 2021, this team is one of the most successful ones in the sport’s history. The top drivers for 2025 season are stars George Russell and Kimi Antonelli.

- RED BULL –
Red Bull Racing or also known as Oracle Red Bull Racing is a F1 racing team based in the United Kingdom. It is one of two Formula One teams owned by conglomerate Red Bull and is currently being managed by the seasoned principal and CEO of Red Bull Racing, Christian Horner since its formation in 2005.
Dietrich Mateschitz, the mastermind behind Red Bull and the Austrian millionaire who passed away in 2022 owned the team until then. He had formed it in 2005 with an aim to bring back the feisty and high-spirited vibe of F1 racing back for the spectators.
The team has won four successive Drivers’ and Constructors’ Championship titles from 2010 to 2013, becoming the first Austrian team to accomplish this remarkable feat. Red Bull presently has 589 points in their kitty and holds the third place in the 2024 Constructors Ranking chart.
Max Verstappen, the current World number F1 racer belongs to this team and is now joined by Liam Lawson as the co-partner from 2025 season onwards.

- FERRARI –
Scuderia Ferrari is the racing arm wing of the luxury Italian auto manufacturer Ferrari and the team that competes in Formula One racing. It is fondly known by the nickname ‘The Prancing Horse’, in reference to the team’s logo, which features a jumping horse on it.
The team was founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929 with the premise to race cars produced by Alfa Romeo and few years down the line it began manufacturing its own line of cars.Ferrari holds the record for winning the most Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championships with sixteen and fifteen in count respectively. They have also won more Grand Prix races than any other Formula One team.
Ferrari is widely popular for its highly enthusiastic and passionate support group, and the Italian Grand Prix at Monza is unofficially regarded as the team’s home race. Ferrari veteran Charles Leclerc and the legendary Lewis Hamilton, the latest buy prior for the 2025 season; both are the two star racers of this team, who have been F1 fan favourites for a long time now.
As of 2024, this constructor team stands at 652 points and holds the second position in the ranking table.

- MCLAREN GT –
The first rank as a table topper is the position held by McLaren GT with 666 points as of 2024 Constructors Standing. McLaren Racing Ltd. is another motor racing team from Great Britain headquartered in England.
McLaren is best known as a Formula One constructor team, the second-oldest active team and the second-most successful racing team after Ferrari. The team was founded in 1963 by New Zealander Bruce McLaren, with the team claiming its first Grand Prix title at the 1968 Belgian Grand Prix.
Since then, there has been no turning back as the renowned racing team has gone on to secure 189 grand prix wins, 12 Drivers’ World Championships and nine Constructors’ World Championships. Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are the excited drivers lined up to face the racing track for the 2025 season and defend their 2024 title of FIA Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship.
