GodLike E-Sports side to represent India at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021

With an unexpected turnaround of the event, now GodLike E-sports will be representing India at the PUB-G Mobile Global Championship 2021, even after ranking below the top 3 at BGIS’2021. GodLike India will be representing India as the top 3 teams failed to produce the necessary documents which would be required to travel abroad to take part in the finals of PMGC 2021.

In India Battleground Mobile India was the biggest BGMI tournament with a large amount of money on the stake, as some popular E-sports teams like Skylights, Team XO, GodLike, and TSM were seen grinding in the final stage.

The winner was unpredictable as the teams were fighting neck-to-neck in the grand finals of BGIS. Skylight Gaming performed brilliantly to win the tournament and the team walked away with a whooping prize amount of ₹50, 00,000 and a slot for grand finals of PGMC’21, whereas TSM and Team XO were the runner-ups with GodLike ranking fourth.

The winners of BGIS’21 were supposed to represent the country at the International stage as India had received a slot for PMGC finals.

A day after the end of BGIS’21, it was revealed that GodLike E-sports would be getting the slot now as the top 3 teams failed to provide the necessary documents in time.

For all the winners of winning team it was necessary that they must have a passport with a validity of at least six months. Players should have been fully vaccinated and tested covid negative before travelling abroad for the finals. If the players were failed to fulfil these necessary conditions then the slot would be transferred to the next team according to the overall scoreboard.

Due to this, TSM and Team XO were given a chance to provide these necessary documents, but they both were lacking some necessary documents. When team GodLike asked to provide the documents, the team has fulfilled everything and hence, will be travelling abroad to represent India at the Grand Finals of PMGC’21.
