The Board of Control for Cricket in India has made noteworthy efforts to elevate women’s cricket.

Speaking of which, the Women’s IPL, including five teams vying for the overall championship, is planned to begin in March 2023.

In the most recent development, the national president of India Against Corruption (IAC) has asked BCCI to provide the audit report for the previous five years.

Patil continued by saying that his most recent meeting with the board’s officers was productive.

He added that as there are more cricketers in different states, there should be more venues where players have access to top-notch amenities.

He came to the conclusion that the BCCI only allots 20% of its funds to the development of cricketers, and that the other 80% should be made available to the public.

The Board has not yet effectively implemented the recommendations made by the Lodha Committee.

In order to provide every player with a world-class facility in their arena, Patil is also aiming to construct 5 world-class stadiums in various states.

Australia will play four matches at Nagpur beginning on February 9th, 2023, as part of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which will be hosted by BCCI.

While the Kangaroos are anxious to revenge their last two series losses, India will be seeking to continue their supremacy at home.

Already, these two are engaging in verbal combat ahead of important series.
