Sanju Samson confused message during workout goes viral on social media

Sanju Samson

After proclaiming himself totally healthy a few days ago, Team India wicket-keeper batsman Sanju Samson is working hard in the yards. Samson, who has been out of action since January due to a knee injury he suffered in the third T20I match against Sri Lanka, started his treatment at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) almost immediately and has been posting updates on it frequently on social media. He posted a motivational video on Instagram with a mysterious comment while he is currently maintaining his rigorous training.

Before publishing the post titled “All set and ready to go,” Samson uploaded a few of videos of himself practising fitness drills. Samson is now most likely to make a comeback in the IPL 2023 due to his exclusion from the Test squad and the Indian team’s lack of a T20I before the IPL. The franchise skipper was seen working out with Rajasthan Royals performance analyst A.T. Rajamani Prabhu and making every effort to get back to playing at full strength.

Samson captioned the video, which featured him sprinting, doing pushups, and navigating an obstacle course, “It is easier to believe a falsehood that one has heard a thousand times than to believe a fact that one has never heard before.” Rajamani, with whom Samson has routinely trained in the off-season for the past few years, uploaded the video.

Samson wasn’t selected for the New Zealand T20I team despite rumours that he had been sacked. However, Samson hadn’t fully recovered from the injury at the time, and even now that he is healthy, the Men in Blue don’t have a T20I assignment scheduled before the IPL.

Though, Samson captioned his video seems to be like he is somewhere dissapointed because of the lack of opportunities he got in a while. As, he has not been the part of the New Zealand series played recently due to his injury and next T20I Series for India to play is bit a far away. Most probably next platform for Samson to perform will be IPL’s upcoming season.

The Rajasthan Royals, led by Samson, made it to the IPL 2022 championship game for the first time in 14 years since their championship run in the first season in 2008. Samson would like to surpass Shane Warne’s Royals’ achievement this time around.
