Men in Blue recently clinched T20 International series against Australia at Australian soil. The credit for the victory should be given to Hardik Pandya who held his nerve and make sure that India crosses the line against mighty Australia in 2nd T20 to take an assemble lead of 2-0. India will be looking to repeat the same feat in the final T20 to mark clean sweep against Australia to make it 3-0.
Concussion debate yes but let’s be honest #India we’re just much better than #Australia today … #OnOn #AUSvIND

After Pandya’s special performance he was credited by Former England skipper Michael Vaughan who is known for his outspoken approach on social media recently revealed that with the way Hardik Pandya is playing in a limited-overs format he has an ability to become a global superstar like Dhoni and Kohli. As Pandya is playing in the ongoing Australian series as Batsman as he recently underwent a back injury and due to this the management is not taking risk of making him bowl against Australian batsman.
“MS Dhoni, he had that mantle for many years. Virat Kohli has it now. It’s generally the Indian players that get put onto that pedestal and I think Hardik’s got a chance to be the next superstar,” said Vaughan in a conversation on Cricbuzz.
While Dhoni-led India wins two successful world cup trophies in 2007 and 2011 and ended his carrier as one of the most successful captains for the country whereas Kohli, the current Indian skipper is widely regarded as one of the best batsmen in the world.
“He has to look at the next three years. With the next T20 world cup being in India, obviously, the IPL being in India, the next 50-over World Cup is in India in 2023, Hardik Pandya has got a great opportunity to become the next global superstar,” Vaughan further said.
There is certainly no doubt about this If India has to win the upcoming two T20 World cups scheduled in India and Australia f0r 2021 and 2022 Hardik Pandya will be the special man for India who will play an important role in achieving that feat.
