Sri Lanka had a horrible time in Australia in the T20I series. In the five-match bilateral series, Australia defeated Sri Lanka by a 4-1 margin. The team will look to play in a positive fashion despite the horrid performance.

For Sri Lanka, Kusal Mendis, Dushmantha Chameera and Dasun Shanaka will have a key role to play. Kusal Mendis helped his side in the last and fifth T20I against Australia to salvage a win. On the other hand, Dasun Shanaka partnered with Mendis to take the team over the line. Dushmantha Chameera can be handy with both bat and ball.
