Watch : Jurgen Klopp's furious reaction to a Press reporter

Press conferences and Jurgen Klopp have an infamous relation. In the past we have seen a lot of times when managers lose their cool and go off on reporters. From Jose Mourinho to Pep Guardiola, every manager have had moments when their patience gets tested.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is known for such cases. Yesterday he came into the radar once again during Liverpool Vs Brighton Pre-press conference. He mentioned a lot of things that are hindering the club’s sudden dip.

Klopp admitted that Injury problems to Darwin Nunez and Roberto Firmino can further damage their course of the season. The 55-year-old confirmed that Firmino is far from making a return this month and Nunez’s situation is unknown as he is waiting for more information but he has ruled out all the possibilities of the Uruguayan forward to train.

Then he was asked on the Reds’ strategy for the Winter transfer window. As we all know they need reinforcements in the midfield area but Klopp admitted that there are no plans of signing any player this month.

In his own words he said – “My job is to use the boys we have and I have no problem, I like the teams we line up with. You cannot sort all problems in the transfer window. In a dream land you would just buy players now but I don’t see that coming.”

Liverpool did sign Dutch forward Cody Gakpo earlier this month possibly for the injured Luis Diaz who has been ruled out of the entire season. But more winter in comings seems a bit off topic for the German tactician.

When asked about the same he responded – “Come on, do I need to tell you again the money story? Why ask the question? We just have to get through until the boys come back. The transfer market for us in this moment is not the solution. I think I’ve had 6,000 press conferences at Liverpool. If you want to write about this, come on.”  he further added

“In the moment, four of our six offensive players are injured. If we buy another one, the others will come back, and we’d have seven strikers then. We couldn’t even put them on the Champions League list. It’s just not that easy. You cannot sort the problems, especially injuries, in the transfer window.”

The Reds will pay a visit to Amex Stadium to take on Brighton later today.
