When we dive deep into the technical aspects of the game, India’s Forward and defense line so far has been top notch with young and experience campaigners including the likes of S Karthi, Harmanpreet Singh, Jugraj Singh and Abhisek has been in outstanding form and they have converted the half chances into proper goals due to their attacking instinct and qualiity finese on the turf.

The Credit should be given to skipper Harmanpreet Singh for employing his strategies pretty well in the context of the game.

Achieving victories over the formidable Kangaroos and the two-time defending World Champions Germany is not meagre achievement.

India were in deep pressure when they played their first game of FIH Pro League especially after worst World Cup where they were ousted against Black Sticks(New Zealand) in Pre Quarterfinal round.

Men in Blue went through extreme criticism simply based on their inability to seize the vital moments and failed to registerย  victory over New Zealand.

Hockey India has also appointed Craig Fulton as Full time Head Coach, replacing full time Coach Graham Reid and the former will be joining the team in next phase of FIH Pro League which will be played in Great Britain.

Team India would be looking to win maximum games in the upcoming matches as it will make things easier for them to seal the qualification berth for Paris Olympics 2024.
