The Hundred Mens Competition 2023: Jacks Radiate Brilliance in Oval Invincibles vs London Spirit
Will Jacks produced a brilliant all-round performance to help the Oval Invincibles to a thrilling two-run victory over London Spirit in The Hundred Men’s Competition on Tuesday night.

Jacks secured a brilliant 68 off 42 balls with 5 fours and 4 sixes and then took two wickets for 22 runs in his shortened 15-ball spell as the Invincibles defended their total of 189-4.
The Spirit were in a strong position as they got off to a thrilling start in the chase. Opener Adam Rossington smashed 61 runs off 32 balls to lead his team to a good start. They were strong at 94 for 1 but Jacks’s dismissal of Adam Rossington (61) sparked a collapse as they finished 187-7.
The win means that the Invincibles move four points clear at the top of the table, while the Spirit remain in seventh place.
Jacks’ all-round performance paved the way for Invincible’s victory. He is now one of the leading run-scorers for the Oval Invincibles. Jacks’ performance was a timely one for the Invincibles, who had lost their previous two matches. The win will give them a boost as they look to win the title in the second half of the season.
