This sensational triumph finished at the GSP Gymnasium Table 1, noticed the Indian team delivered a beautiful 3-0 overall performance.

The showdown started out with Manav Thakkar taking the table, and within a mere 17 minutes, he emerged triumphant over Afzal Mahmudov. This extraordinary feat not only set the tone for the Indian team but also secured an important 1-zero lead against Tajikistan. Manush Shah faced off against Ubaydullo Sultonov. Sultonov first of all seemed to have the top hand, establishing the primary game with a commanding 9-7 lead. However, Manush displayed outstanding resilience, unexpectedly closing the gap to 9-9 with two fast factors.

Manush’s remarkable comeback culminated in a thrilling 13-11 victory in the first game. In the third game, the Indian paddler quickly surged to a 9-5 lead over Sultanov, ultimately securing an 11-5 victory. Manush’s incredible performance prolonged India’s result in an excellent 2-0 against Tajikistan.

Harmeet Desai’s Dominance

The superstar paddler of the tie, Harmeet Desai, took to the table to stand Ibrokhim Ismoilzoda. In a show of sheer dominance, Harmeet secured a victory of 11-1, 11-3, 11-5 without breaking a sweat.
