ICC Charges Eight Players and Officials for Breaching Anti-Corruption Code in T10 League

1. Krishan Kumar Chaudhary (Team Co-owner)
- Article 2.4.5 – Failure to promptly disclose full details of any incident or matter that may indicate corrupt conduct by another participant.
- Article 2.4.6 – Failure to cooperate with an investigation into possible corrupt conduct.
- Article 2.4.7 – Obstruction or delay of an investigation into possible corrupt conduct.
2. Parag Sanghvi (Co-owner of a team)
- Article 2.2.1 – Placing bets on the results, progress, conduct, or other aspects of International and Domestic Matches.
- Article 2.4.6 – Failure to cooperate with an investigation into possible corrupt conduct.
3. Ashar Zaidi (Batting coach)
- Article 2.1.1 – Involvement in an attempt to fix, contrive, or improperly influence matches or aspects of matches.
- Article 2.1.4 – Directly or indirectly soliciting, inducing, enticing, instructing, persuading, encouraging, or facilitating another participant’s breach of the Anti-Corruption Code.
- Article 2.4.4 – Failure to disclose full details of approaches or invitations related to corrupt conduct
4. Rizwan Javed (Domestic player)
- Article 2.1.1 – Involvement in an attempt to fix, contrive, or improperly influence matches or aspects of matches.
- Article 2.1.3 – Offering a reward to another participant in exchange for engaging in corrupt conduct.
- Article 2.1.4 – Directly or indirectly soliciting, inducing, enticing, instructing, persuading, encouraging, or facilitating another participant’s breach of the Anti-Corruption Code.
- Article 2.4.4 – Failure to disclose full details of approaches or invitations related to corrupt conduct.
- Article 2.4.6 – Failure to cooperate with an investigation into possible corrupt conduct.
5. Saliya Saman (Domestic player)
- Article 2.1.1 – Involvement in an attempt to fix, contrive, or improperly influence matches or aspects of matches.

6. Sunny Dhillon (Assistant coach)

- Article 2.4.6 – Failure to cooperate with an investigation into possible corrupt conduct.
7. Nasir Hossain (Bangladesh player)
- Article 2.4.3 – Failure to disclose the receipt of a gift worth over $750.

Provisional Suspensions and Responses
Six of the individuals facing charges, namely Krishan Kumar Chaudhary, Parag Sanghvi, Ashar Zaidi, Rizwan Javed, Saliya Saman, and Sunny Dhillon, have been placed under provisional suspension. They now have 14 days, starting from September 19, to respond to the charges laid against them.
T Ten Sports Management’s Response
T Ten Sports Management, the organizing body behind the T10 League, has taken a strong stance against any form of corruption in cricket. They expressed their commitment to working closely with the ICC and maintaining the integrity of the sport.
