The International Cricket Council (ICC) has already announced the match officials for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. It is noteworthy that this time this multinational tournament is starting from June 2 under the joint hosting of the West Indies and USA. The first match will be played between the USA and Canada.

T20 World Cup 2024 starts from June 2

In the T20 World Cup 2024, a total of 20 teams are participating in the Multinational Tournament. All 20 teams have been divided into four groups of 5 each. A total of 55 matches will be played between all the teams within 28 days. So after the league stage, the top 2 teams from each group will qualify for the next round of the tournament. The England cricket team is currently the defending champion of this world tournament.

Teams included in Group B: Scotland, Oman, England, Australia, Namibia.

Teams included in Group C: New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea.
