Speaking on the most recent advancement, Mithun Manjunath played his opponents in the National Badminton Championship, which was recently completed, by “Trusting his instinct and procedure.”
To win the competition, Mithun Manjunath outperformed Priyanshu Rajawat.
“We’ve changed his diet a bit. He was always on the heavier side, in the lower body especially. Because he believed if he lost bulk, he might lose his strength. He’s changing now,” said his coach on Manjnath reclaim to glory.

His ability to stop opponents from going on an offensive rampage helped him get to the final. In the semifinal and final, he largely stopped shots made by Srikanth and Manjunath.
“Priyanshu is also very quick on the net. Mithun countered by keeping him away from the net” said his coach.
Mithun was asked about his rise to which he added, focusing on meditation and his fitness played a vital role towards his rise in Badminton and the best thing he focuses on his badminton game these days is point to point game.
He goes to bed early and gets up early to practise badminton, concentrating on his physical and mental stamina as well as the sport’s greater technicality.
With his new offensive style, which has brought him much success recently, his technique has changed.
