Rajasthan Sports Council View
RSC secretary Sohan Ram Choudhary said several notices were sent to the RCA but no response was received. He further highlighted RCA’s alleged refusal to deposit the budget received from the Rajasthan Premier League, which similarly violates the MoU. Choudhary assured that the IPL and other scheduled matches will take place but under the guidance of the RSC.

RCA president Vaibhav Gehlot strongly criticized the permit, calling it politically motivated. He argued that the remarkable fees are old (around Rs 8 crore) and that the unexpected sealing simply before the IPL suggests a bad reason. He also highlighted the quick notice provided through the RSC, claiming it to be less than two days. Gehlot declared the RCA’s intention to seek legal advice to venture the proposal.
