Watch : Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma go for a spiritual break at Rishikesh!

India’s cricketing Ace Virat Kohli who is currently on a spiritual break before the Border-Gavaskar Trophy begins, was seen alongside his wife Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma at Rishikesh. The 34-year-old star Batter has been a long follower of Swami Dayanand Giri’s cult and he paid a visit before the ultimate test against Australia begins from 9th February.

Almost 6 months ago, Kohli broke his Century drought of 2 years against Afghanistan during the Asia Cup T20. And now he will aim to go hard in the longest format against Australia and reach triple figures for the first time since 22 November 2019.

He scored 136 runs in the first innings at the Eden Gardens against Bangladesh but is yet to cross 80 runs in the following 20 test matches home and away. But that doesn’t take anything away from his enigma and his greatness. Virat Kohli often goes for a mental refreshment and likes to take it one step back to perform better in future.

This habit first saw him go century-less in 2 years and then score 3 centuries in a space of 1 month in white ball cricket.

Meanwhile, the Delhi-born batter’s visit to Swami Dayanand Ashram came days after he was spotted at Vrindavan with his wife and daughter Vamika. Reports have indicated that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma will arrange a Bhandara (religious feast) and be a part of public rituals.

The duo were seen interacting with other people and smile for Selfies. Kohli’s faith and belief is what made him an influential batter and now he will look to continue his form in Red-ball cricket too. The 34-year-old batter has scored 1682 runs against the Aussies in Test cricket with 7 full-centuries and 5 half-centuries under his belt.

Will he able to break his Jinx next month?
