Early Life

Rodney Latham was born on 12th June 1961, at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand, and was one of the best cricketers in the area at his young age. Being one of the best bowlers of his time, it is no surprise that his son, Tom Latham, is another quite famous New Zealand Cricketer, and has grown to be one of the most famous cricketers of his time, having played in all the forms of the game.

International Career

Rodney Lathan has a quite good International Cricket career, and Test debuted in a match against England, on 6th February 1992. A bowler who was best suited to one-day cricket matches, this furious bowler is considered one of the best of his time. Over his career, Latham played in four Test matches, being relatively successful and maintaining his skill in almost all of them. His test matches were more or less quite good for the New Zealand National Team, and he, in fact, scored a century (which would turn out to be his only career century), playing against the Zimbabwe team in Bulawayo in 1992.
