Playing Cricket Career
Sarel Francois Burger participated in two One Day International (ODI) matches during the 2003 Cricket World Cup. Between the years 2001 and 2004, Sarel Francois Burger also played List A cricket, and in the month of July of the year 2005, Sarel Francois Burger took part in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Trophy. Bernie Burger has participated in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Trophy, while his brother Louis Burger represented the national cricket team of Namibia in the World Cup.
Sarel Francois Burger was chosen to lead Namibia’s team in the 2018 International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cricket League Division Two competition in the month of January of the year 2018.
After representing Namibia in the 2017–18 CSA Provincial One–Day Challenge match against Free State, Sarel Francois Burger announced his retirement from cricket in the month of February of the year 2018.
