Defending Champions India Under-19 will meet Sri LankaUnder-19 in the 7th game of ICC U-19 World Cup 2020.

Defending champions played two warm-up matches before the main event and they won both games easily. In the first game, they beat Afghanistan by 211 runs as they bowled out the opposition on just 44. In the second game, they beat Zimbabwe by 23 runs as they posted 295 after Priaym Garg and Tilak Verma’s 73 each. Kartik Tyagi picked 3-wickets haul in both games. India recently won the triangular series. They beat Sri Lanka in Asia Cup before. India will be led by Bryce Parsons and this game will be a good game for them.

Sri Lanka Under-19 Preview:

Sri Lanka is a good side and they fought hard in their last meeting against India in Asia Cup final. They started the World Cup practice with a positive note. They recently participated in Tri-series against England and West Indies. They have performed very well in the series and beat England in the final by 77 runs. In warm-up games, they defeated South Africa but lost against Pakistan. They were the finalist in the under-19 Asia Cup 2019 where they lost against India in tense game. Nipun Dananjaya will lead the Sri Lankan side.
