Harmanpreet Singh leads a side built around penalty-corner power. The team is now building towards the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

How it works

Players may only use the flat side of the stick.
A penalty corner is awarded for defensive fouls inside the circle and is a major scoring chance; drag-flickers specialise in these.
A penalty stroke is a one-on-one shot from 6.4m, used for deliberate fouls that prevent a goal.
Green (2 min), yellow (5+ min) and red cards are used to send players off.
