Hardik Singh Early Life:
Hardik Singh is born on 23rd September 1998 in Ludhiana Punjab who belongs to Hockey loving family as his grandfather Preetam Singh Ray was a Hockey Coach and mentor in Indian Navy. His uncle and aunt both have represented India internationally whereas his uncle Gurmeet Singh was part of 1980 Olympics team who clinch gold medal.
His father Varinderpreet Singh Ray works as police officer and also played for India and he received mentorship under former Indian drag- flicker Jugraj Singh.
Hardik Singh Professional Life:
Hardik Singh represented India in Under 21 age group from 2014 onwards and played four games and due to successive performance in Under 21 level gave him opportunity to represent the country in 2018 onwards where he played 69 games and scored 5 goals.
He was part of Indian team who played 2018 Men’s Hockey World Cup. He was also the member of Indian team who clinched gold medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020.
Along with this his international career comprised of playing for Petroleum Sports Promotion Board and Indian Oil Corporation.

Hardik Singh hails from Khursopur village where he played his first hockey tournament in Chandigarh and his early coach name was P.S Rai when he was 14 years old. He also participated in 4th Hockey India Sub Junior National Championship held in 2014 where his team clinched bronze medal.
He was also part of Indian squad who played Under 18 Asia Cup tournament held in 2018 and also won gold medal in Euro Asia Cup held in 2016.
