The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 auction was conducted in Kolkata, the event witnessed compelling bidding wars that unfolded a whopping success of Rs. 140.30 crore being spent on the players.

The KKR retained players, Andre Russell, Dinesh Karthik, and Sunil Narine, they are the biggest players to give a touch competition during the series in their squad. The franchise had 9 slots free in the auction to fill, and the KKR players list most expensive buy in the auction, which made the headlines is Pat Cummins for a sum of 15.5 crores. The franchise made history by making the most expensive purchase for an overseas player in IPL. And, the team also bought the 48-year-old Pravin Tambe for 20 lakhs as well.
